I just received it today and have used it sitting on the couch. The pressure is pretty intense, which is what I was hoping for. If you wanted a gentle massage, then I would go with something else. I've used it on my back and neck so far and it works pretty well for me, but the spacing of the massagers may not work for everyone. The heat function is just okay, I wish it got a little warmer. Considering a regular massage can be over £100 I'd say the price for this is pretty good if it lasts for a while.
